User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining account security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must not share your account credentials
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Acceptable Use

Service Availability

Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may modify pricing with 30 days notice

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JECO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement with notice
• Upon termination, you may export your data
• We will delete your data according to our retention policy

Modifications
